Professional Profile

While the course focuses on preparing for a career as an opera soloist, many graduates initially set out by singing in an opera ensemble or studio upon completing their studies. Alumni have had engagements as guest soloists or ensemble members, or in an opera studio at opera houses including the Vienna Staatsoper, Komische Oper Berlin, Bayerische Staatsoper, Opéra National de Paris, Semperoper Dresden, Oper Frankfurt, Salzburger Festspiele, Los Angeles Opera, Opernhaus Zürich, Opéra de Lyon, Bayreuther Festspiele, Lucerne Festival and the Hamburgische Staatsoper etc.
