Prinzregententheater
The colonnades with the cloakrooms and the west and east foyers with their elaborate painted ceilings in different designs put the audience in the mood for experiencing culture at the Prinzregententheater. You can display information about your event on permanently-installed screens in the cloakroom area.
The auditorium, with its unusual architecture and Classicist decorative features, provides the right atmosphere for your event. The auditorium, with seating tiers rising up like in an amphitheatre, is impressive for its outstanding acoustics and guarantees a fine view from every seat. It has 1, 080 seats, 45 of which are in five boxes located on the back wall, as well as four spaces for wheelchair users. When the orchestra pit is raised, there is additional space for up to 105 seats.
The stage at the Prinzregententheater is extremely variable and can be used for a wide variety of different events. The forestage is particularly suitable for company presentations, lectures, readings, chamber concerts and Lied concerts, while the main stage is suitable for orchestral and choir concerts, music or dance theatre and award presentation ceremonies.
Gartensaal
The vaulted ceiling of the Gartensaal is painted with motifs in the style of a pergola, its delightful floral and fauna motifs in harmony with the adjacent garden. High windows and Corinthian columns contribute to creating a pleasant atmosphere. The Prinzipal restaurant is located immediately next to the Gartensaal. It is linked to the hall by three mirror doors at the front end.
The Gartensaal is a suitable venue for presentations, readings, chamber concerts, press conferences and company receptions. Bathed in light, the hall provides a particularly attractive atmosphere for daytime events. In this elegant setting, private occasions, such as anniversaries or weddings, become a special event. It is possible to use the hall for receptions for up to 500 people or to arrange the seats and tables individually (seating in rows or in parliamentary or banquet style).
Microphones, beamers, lecterns and special lighting variations are available on request.
Prinzipal
The Prinzipal restaurant is immediately adjacent to the Gartensaal. It can be accessed from the Gartensaal or from outside via a separate entrance.
The Prinzipal restaurant is perfect for receptions, discussion groups, press conferences, dinner events and company parties. It is also possible to set up a small stage platform.
At public events, the Prinzipal restaurant also provides the catering during intermissions.
